Will I be required to work OT every week?
Overtime is part of life as a Hi-Way Paving employee. Overtime creates opportunities to earn and save money starting day one. Very few weeks will require fewer than 40 hours unless there is a holiday or extreme weather.

Are there internship or apprenticeship programs available at Hi-Way Paving?
Summer internships are available to current students who are pursuing degrees in construction/project management and seek to gain hands-on experience. While these opportunities are somewhat limited, they offer a great opportunity for entering the industry and our company.

I don’t have industry experience. Are there jobs available to me?
Yes, there are positions available for individuals without industry experience. We offer various entry-level roles where you can learn on the job, supported by our comprehensive training programs.
